I realized that life is too short to get buried in “junk,” whether that’s clutter in your garage or obstacles holding you back in business and leadership. The name Survivor is a reminder of resilience, grit, and second chances, and that’s the spirit I bring into every job we take on.

I learned the ins and outs of operations, customer service, and team leadership, scaling performance to record-breaking levels. That experience gave me the tools to build not just a business, but a system that delivers consistency, excellence, and care.

My passion for this industry doesn’t stop at my own business. I’m a business coach, mentor, consultant, and trainer, helping other junk removal entrepreneurs across the country grow stronger teams, streamline operations, and deliver experiences that wow their customers.

I’ve also written three leadership books that cut through the noise and focus on what really matters... purpose, grit, and building high-performing teams. Those lessons have reached far beyond junk removal, inspiring leaders across blue-collar and service-based industries.
